Associate – Private Client
Herman is experienced in all areas of private client work including and not limited to the preparation of Wills, Inheritance Tax Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, registering of Enduring Power of Attorney, drafting and advising on Trusts, applications to the Court of Protection and Estate Administration.
Herman is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly. Herman is also a Dementia Friend.
Herman studied Business Management as a first degree before doing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law (now University of Law) in Birmingham. Herman also studied the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists course with the University of Law.
Away from work Herman plays hockey for his local club and he enjoys playing squash and badminton.
