How does the mediation process work?
If you do not wish to pursue mediation, then our specialist dispute resolution department can, independently, provided no other legal representation is acting for them, assist either party to bring/defend a Claim in the court and/or Tribunal, provided they have had no dealings with the dispute, including the process of mediation itself.
