How can we help?
As an employee it can be intimidating and stressful to decide whether to disclose sensitive information concerning an employer. An employee can speak with a member of our Employment Team, on a confidential basis, regarding their concerns and we can advise them whether they should report that information and the procedure for a Public Interest Disclosure.
Alternatively, if an employee makes a Public Interest Disclosure and as a result of doing so they are victimised or dismissed, we can advise them on whether they may be entitled to bring a claim for unfair dismissal at the Employment Tribunal.
