Buncy is a solicitor specialising in property and dealing with both residential and commercial transactions. She has gained valuable experience assisting in high value multiple property re-financing, commercial and residential leases / purchase / sales, and statutory lease extensions.
Prior to joining Hanne & Co in March 2018, she worked as a Paralegal at a law firm in Holborn which specialised in child care law. She assisted her fee earners with representing both parents and Children’s Guardians in matters such as care proceedings, recovery orders, secure accommodation orders, child abduction and wardship. Buncy has also assisted in representing Children’s Guardians in private children law matters where the court has made the children party to the proceedings.
Buncy studied Law at university and graduated with Upper Second-Class Honours. Following university, she went on to complete the LPC at the University of Law and graduated with Distinction. Whilst studying she volunteered with the Citizens Advice Bureau in Camden, assisting with welfare benefits, housing and immigration issues.
In her spare time, she enjoys taking her dog for walks, travelling and exploring London.
