Expertise
Charlotte is a Solicitor in our Property team working on a range of commercial property matters. This includes acquisitions, sales, refinances, and the leasing of retail units and cafes.
Charlotte qualified as a Solicitor in January 2024 having completed her training contract at Hanne & Co. Throughout the two years Charlotte worked in a number of departments in the firm including under Property Partner Tom Mythen. Her exposure to a range of commercial property matters has given her the confidence to advise on transactions from inception to completion.
Charlotte’s upbringing in Singapore – home for 17 years – has instilled in her a steadfast work ethic, a globally minded vision, and an appreciation for working with people from different cultures.
With a flare for foreign languages, she especially takes pride in making the law clear and accessible to her clients, by communicating information in a way that each client understands.
Charlotte read Law at the University of Exeter from 2016-2019, achieving one of the highest grades for Land Law in her cohort. She completed her legal studies in 2021 at the University of Law (London), where she attained a Distinction in her LPC.
Before joining us, Charlotte volunteered in a remote Nepalese village for three months. She was entrusted with running community-wide workshops on sensitive issues such as child marriage. She also assisted at the front line in Calais at the onset of Covid-19, to prepare and distribute food to misplaced families.
A grade eight pianist, Charlotte plays the piano in her free time.
