What are we looking for?
We have a full-time permanent position for a Litigation Solicitor to join our well-established and highly reputable 127 year old, London based Firm.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Dispute Resolution Associate to join our Litigation department. The successful candidate will have excellent commercial skills and a strong focus on business development. This role offers an exciting opportunity contribute to the growth and success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- To undertake high level mixed caseload of civil, property and commercial dispute resolution matters
- Experience in contentious probate/inheritance disputes
- Actively contribute to the growth of the Dispute Resolution department through networking and business development
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients
- Ensuring compliance with court and tribunal deadlines and maintaining high quality case management
- Maintaining regular reporting to clients and ensuring clear communication throughout case progressions
- Supervisory responsibilities i.e. mentoring, managing performance and development of juniors and trainee solicitors
