Wednesday 23rd March saw our bring-and-buy sale in The Candle Factory come into fruition as a storming success, with items ranging from clothing and jewellery to porcelain figurines flying off the shelves. All-in-all, the great efforts of everyone involved raised a total of £196.50 for our chosen mental health charity. We would especially like to thank all those who participated in donating and purchasing items; your kind generosity will help those living with mental illness by providing support in the form of counselling, therapy, and guidance. As a matter of ‘waste not, want not’, all unsold items were delivered to the Wandsworth MIND second-hand shop where they can now be happily bought by members of the public.
An eclectic and impressive range of items, generously donated, ensured the event was a great success.
