On Tuesday 1st November Hanne & Co. welcomed colleagues and esteemed guests to the official launch of their Dorking Office, located at 86 South Street. The launch, hosted at the 15th Century pub, The Old House, was very well attended with some guests having to wait their turn before entering the function room, which had a rather special entrance, befitting of its name – Narnia. Guests entered through a wardrobe (even having to push hanging clothes out of the way) – C.S. Lewis would have been impressed.
Once in Narnia, guests were entertained by a sleight of hand magician known only as Norman, as well as sampling the delicious canapes provided by local caterers The Food Firm – by the end of the evening there wasn’t a morsel of food remaining and people had been dazzled and amazed. One of Norman’s most well received trick was when he transformed 4 average playing cards into sparkling Hanne & Co. logos.
The Partners at Hanne & Co. are very excited about the opportunities presented by the Dorking office, in particular developing its close ties with local businesses and individuals. Managing Partner Liz Francis said, ‘Hanne & Co. is delighted to have found a new home here in Dorking. As a firm we offer the full array of legal services to both businesses and individuals. We pride ourselves with our attention to detail and the care we apply to each and every case. As we now have offices in London and Surrey we believe that we are ideally placed to develop the Dorking office and bring a major presence to this lovely town.’
