Successful result for downstairs neighbour

We are pleased to report that our Dispute Resolution and Property Litigation Partner Victoria Copeman was recently successful in a property litigation matter heard at the Central London County Court, in respect of a claim for damages and an injunction against the clients upstairs Leaseholder and Freeholder London Borough.

Victoria’s clients endured many years of harassment and nuisance from their upstairs neighbour. This included at times the playing of loud music, deliberate flooding and physical threats which took place over a 10 year period. This had a detrimental effect on the families health and livelihoods.

Many thanks to the excellent work of counsel on this matter – George Woodhead of Selborne Chambers.
