Abeer specialises in advising businesses and individuals in relation to commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, debt recovery, director/shareholder claims, financial disputes, injunctive relief, misrepresentation claims, partnership disputes, professional negligence claims and property disputes.
Having begun his working life in marketing for an online start-up, Abeer returned to law, training at a reputable Legal 500 firm in Buckinghamshire and heading the litigation department at an established practice in Chelmsford, prior to joining Hanne & Co in early 2020.
Abeer read Law at City, University of London, followed by the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bloomsbury.
Abeer prides himself on providing high standards of client care and reaching cost-effective, pragmatic solutions to disputes. Abeer establishes client objectives from the commencement of a dispute, tailoring his advice and strategy accordingly, in order to manage expectations and achieve results for his clients.
Outside of work, Abeer follows his beloved Liverpool F.C, enjoys the arts, current affairs and sports and serves on the board of trustees for Citizens Advice Southwark.
