Araba is a generalist HR practitioner with over 20 years’ experience proficient in both strategic and operational levels. Since qualifying in 2000 she has been privileged to work in various industry sectors.
Araba is a HR Generalist advising in employee reward and retention, policies and procedures, employee development and progression, performance management appraisal systems and employee wellbeing initiatives. It is her innate ability to flexibly lend her skills and think outside the box, that keeps her perspective fresh.
Outside of work Araba enjoys cooking and baking, spending time with family and friends, and listening to an eclectic array of music.

Employee performance: Created and developed a training session for staff who were feeling disenfranchised – helping individuals to recognise their worth in the organisation.
