Barnaby acts for landlords, tenants and investors in relation to the acquisition, disposal or management of all types of commercial property.
Barnaby has considerable experience in advising both landlords and tenants in relation to the grant of commercial leases as well as advising in respect of ancillary transactional documents thereto, including licences to assign, underlet, alter and rent deposit deeds. He also provides assistance in relation to the property elements of corporate transactions and has acted frequently on behalf of lenders and borrowers when property (be it commercial, residential or mixed use in nature) has been used as security for that loan.
Separately, Barnaby also has many years of experience advising clients who are acquiring or disposing all types of residential property but specialising, particularly, in the London prime central market.
Outside of work Barnaby enjoys watching cricket and The Fulham Football Club as well as playing golf very badly.

Acting in relation to the disposal of a large site of land, previously occupied by the Federation Brewery, at the Metro Centre.
Acting for a borrower in which land and buildings forming part of Notting Hill Market, were used as security for the loan.
Acting on behalf of a Landlord of commercial lease in which the annual rental income was in excess of £250,000.
Assisting the corporate department in relation to the acquisition of 5 hotels on the South Coast.
