Claire is a solicitor in the Child Care Law department at Hanne & Co. After graduating from University with a first class LLB Law degree, Claire completed the LPC and joined Hanne & Co in 2015 as a paralegal in the Care Department. Claire then completed her training contact at Hanne & Co and qualified into the Care Department in 2017.
Claire has experience in advising and representing parents, grandparents, and other family members within care proceedings, including clients living abroad.
Claire has experience in representing clients in cases involving allegations of physical abuse, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, substance misuse and neglect. Claire has experience of representing clients in cases involving lengthy fact-finding hearings where numerous facts have been in dispute.
Claire has experience of representing parents in care proceedings which have followed lengthy private law proceedings.
In her spare time, Claire enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family.
