David is an established property Solicitor with approaching 25 year’s experience accumulated working for several Central London and City firms. He has joined us from a UK top 60 firm where he was a partner for four years. He has previously held the roles of Partner/Director and or head of department in various firms since 2008.
David is able to assist on a full range of residential transactions including auction purchases or sales, contract assignments, lease extensions, off-plan purchases, buy to let purchases using an SPV, transfers of equity, portfolio consolidation and refinancing, probate sales, equity release, deeds of variation and short term lending.
His typical clients’ include high net worth individuals, overseas investors, property investment clubs, portfolio landlords, City professionals and families or individuals upsizing or downsizing due to separation or other changes in circumstances.
David’s ability to identify potential issues and offer pragmatic solutions whilst providing clear and frequent updates ensures that his services are always in demand.
Outside of work David enjoys attending art shops and galleries, architecture, home renovation programmes, sports ( supporter of Arsenal FC) and music.
