Emma has been advising clients in relation to their relationships for over 20 years. She has been a partner since 2016 and became Hanne & Co’s Head of Family Law this year. She has broad experience in relation to financial matters, most commonly concerning complex business structures, trusts, high value investments and inherited wealth. She is regularly consulted in relation to wealth protection including that afforded by pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements.
Emma advises in relation to arrangements for children, supporting parents to make decisions about how they divide their time and where they go to school. Emma also supports individuals in relation to applications for personal protection through non-molestation and occupation orders. Her clients have varied backgrounds including homemaking, banking and politics. She regularly advises high profile individuals.
Emma is a Resolution accredited specialist in complex financial and property matters involving high income households and substantial assets and in disputes relating to children.
