Justina Ricci is a consultant solicitor who has extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law for both, employers and employees.
Her practice covers a wide spectrum of work ranging from drafting or negotiating contractual employment arrangements for established and start-up businesses, to managing dismissals, negotiating exit packages, dealing with grievances, team moves, capability, sickness absence and advising on GDPR related issues.
