Lavinia is a trainee solicitor at Hanne & Co and is currently in her first seat in the family & divorce department, assisting on all family law matters.
Lavinia graduated from SOAS University of London in July 2022 with a first-class honours Law LLB and Chinese degree, along with a prize for the best performance in Asylum and Immigration Law. Subsequently, Lavinia attended the LLM in Legal Practice (SQE 1&2) course at The University of Law and is currently due to complete her legal qualification studies under the SQE route.
As part of her LLM specialisation, Lavinia also read advanced dispute resolution and advanced immigration law, further to attaining practical experience at a local mediation centre in Genova, Italy.
Lavinia is particularly interested in private family law and prior to joining Hanne & Co, she assisted in family, childcare, and conveyancing matters at two London boutique law firms.
Outside of work Lavinia enjoys enhancing her Mandarin-speaking skills, along with reading and exercising.
