Samantha joined Hanne & Co in 2022 and is an Associate in the private client department.
Samantha is experienced in all areas of private client work, having worked as a paralegal and then completed two of her training seats in this area prior to being admitted as a solicitor. Samantha read Ancient History & History at the University of Reading. She then went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course with an MSc in Law & Business at the University of Law, Guildford. Samantha trained at a medium sized, full-service, law firm with offices across London and the South East.
Samantha’s experience includes the preparation of and advice in relation to Wills, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, applications to the Court of Protection, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts.
Samantha is a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). The accreditation is awarded by SFE and sets the standards for the highest quality legal advice in specialist areas, such as wills, powers of attorney, estate administration and elder abuse.
Outside of work Samantha enjoys socialising with friends and family. Samantha is also a keen runner and enjoys walking with her family dogs at weekends.
