Sapphira is a member of Resolution, the association for family lawyers who are committed to resolving conflict in a non-contentious manner. Sapphira will always strive to resolve matters without recourse to court. However, where proceedings are necessary, Sapphira is experienced in supporting clients through that process to achieve desired outcomes.
Sapphira currently sits as a committee member for Resolution’s Innovation Group and was previously a committee member for the Surrey Junior Lawyers Division, including a term as treasurer.

Advising a client in a forum dispute between England and an East African state, successfully negotiating the withdrawal of the African proceedings and supporting the client through contested financial proceedings in this jurisdiction including resolving complex business interests
Acted on behalf of a client in children proceedings to secure a lives with order in their favour, where there had been allegations of domestic abuse, local authority involvement and significant police disclosure ordered.
