Expertise
Simon heads up the Property Department and is a partner in the firm.
He studied law in Leicester, and completed the Law Society Solicitors Finals at the College of Law in Guildford.
After qualifying, Simon practised criminal law for a specialist criminal defence firm in West London for some years. He then decided to take a sabbatical from the law and worked in the information technology and legal publishing industries for a number of years before returning to legal practice in 2003 to specialise in property law.
His clients range from private individuals to developers, investment companies, landlords and banks. He deals with commercial matters and all aspects of residential property work.
He is both proactive and pragmatic in his approach and a strong believer in effective communication as a means of reducing the stresses often associated with property transactions.
Outside of the office, he is usually busy entertaining his two young children but when he does have spare time he enjoys playing the guitar, painting and cooking extremely hot curries.
