Tom is an experienced conveyancer having joined Hanne & Co following graduation. He undertook further studies (part-time) and qualified as a specialist property lawyer in February 2000 and became a partner in 2019. Tom specialises in commercial and residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases of business premises, houses/flats and in drafting and negotiating leases of business and residential property. He also deals with lease extensions and collective enfranchisement. Tom is a member of the Society of Licensed Conveyancers and is also a Commissioner for Oaths.
Tom endeavours to provide a high quality service and will work constructively in every transaction with all the parties to it to ensure a timely completion.
Out of work Tom enjoys swimming, music and going for long walks in the countryside with his family and their dog.
