Liz Francis

Emma has been advising clients in relation to their relationships for over 20 years. She has been a partner since 2016 and became Hanne & Co’s Head of Family Law this year. She has broad experience in relation to financial matters, most commonly concerning complex business structures, trusts, high value investments and inherited wealth. She is regularly consulted in relation to wealth protection including that afforded by pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements. Emma also advises on personal protection and arrangements for children.
